Ripoff

I was in the middle of writing a book, and now, without any warning, all my work is locked, unless I pay. I got a one month subscription, but did not retrieve all my files before it expired. I opted to renew for one more month, but it wont open, & just keeps asking me to renew AGAIN! When I tried to go to the App Support page, I got a "URL not found" message! There should be a free version, with an OPTION to pay, to unlock advanced features. I will be finding another app pronto!
