Freezes

Just downloaded the app.

Each time you try to use a function button, a white box appears at the bottom and the whole program freezes. The only way to fix this is to close the program out, which causes your work to be lost. I am sure the white box is supposed to be advertisement. This will need to be deleted from my apps, it is already too frustrating.
